Russian Fruitcake

  • 400g Self raising Flour
  • 250g Butter
  • 250gCastor Sugar
  • 4-5 Eggs
  • 400g Dried Mixed fruit
  • 50g chopped mixed nuts
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Gallon Absolute Vodka
Method/steps
  1. Sample the vodka to check for freshness
  2. Take a large mixing bowl
  3. Check the vodka to ensure it has the best possible flavour
  4. Pour 1 cup of the vodka and drink
  5. Repeat once from step 3
  6. Turn on the electric mixer and beat the butter in a large fluffy bowl
  7. Add the flour, egg and sugar and beat again
  8. Re-check the vodka to make sure it is still ok
  9. Switch off mixer
  10. Chuck in some dried fruit or something and mix the turner on
  11. If the fried druits gets stuck on the beaterers scrap it off with a drewscriver
  12. Sample the vodka to make shore it is consisisisisstantly ok
  13. Sniff salt or something, who knows
  14. Check vodka
  15. Squeeze lemon juice over your strained chopped nuts
  16. Grease one oven
  17. Check one more cup of vodka
  18. Turn the cake tin 360 degrees
  19. Don’t forget to beat off the turner
  20. Whip the nuts out the window and check the vodka again
  21. Something like that and who the hell likes fruitcake anyway
  22. Night Night
