  • Jim's Roman Rye Bread
  • 300ml/10.5floz water
  • 225g/8oz Doves Organic white bread flour
  • 112g/4oz Doves Organic Spelt flour
  • 112g/4oz Doves Organic Rye flour
  • 20ml/4tsp skimmed milk powder
  • 5ml/1tsp salt
  • 15ml/3tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 7.5ml/1.5tsp easy blend dry yeast
Method/steps
  1. Put all the ingredients in to the pan as listed and use rapid bake cycle.
  2. I use the normal bake cycle and go for a light colour which seems to be better.
Additional Tips
Try using butter or marg instead of olive oil to see if it mor eto your liking.
