Description
Err, it's a sauce, to go with barbecued stuff.

- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsps mustard powder
- 4-6 tbsps chilli powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsps sunflower oil
- 2-3 slices of lemon
Method/steps
- Mix everything together and simmer until happy with the consistency.
