Description
It's a chicken with a can of beer, and some other stuff.

- 1tbsp ground cumin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup chilli powder
- 2tbsps cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup cracked black pepper
- 1 chicken
Method/steps
- Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Rub all over chicken, inside and out.
- Allow to stand for at least two hours and up to twenty-four.
- Light barbecue.
- When the coals are ready rake them to the sides of the fire bed.
- Put a drip tray in the middle of the fire bed.
- Insert a half-full stubby can of beer into the chicken's bottom.
- Use the beer can and the chicken's legs to stand it upright on the barbecue.
- Put the lid over it and cook for an hour or so.
