- 1 cup lemonade (normal, not diet)
- 1 cup full-fat cream
Method/steps
- Mix everything together in a bowl
- Roll out onto a lightly floured surface
- Cut into round shapes with a small glass
- Lay out on baking trays covered with baking paper
- Bake at 180c until they start turning golden
