Figs with Parma Ham

  • 2 Ripe figs per person as a starter.
  • 1 slice of Parma ham/fig
  • Mascarpone
Method/steps
  1. Wrap each fig in parma ham.
  2. Stand them on a baking tray.
  3. Cook in a medium to hot oven (about 175-190C) for 15-20 minutes.
  4. You want the figs to be hot, and the ham to be crisping up.
Additional Tips
Serve with a dollop of mascarpone. And perhaps a rocket salad.
