- 110g/4oz pistachios
- 110g/4oz butter
- 110g/4oz SR Flour
- 110g/4oz Granulated Sugar
Method/steps
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- beat together the butter, flour and sugar
- Put the pistchios in a bag or pestle and mortar and crush till in largish pieces
- Mix the pieces of nuts into the biscuit mixture
- Pick of bits of the mixture about walnut sized and squash on to a lined baking sheet
- Bake untill golden for about 15minutes
