- Some chorizo
- 1 tin toms
- 1 tin chickpeas
- 1 medium onion
Method/steps
- Gently fry some cubed chorizo until browned and the fat is released.
- Remove from pan with a slotted spoon.
- Fry a chopped onion in the fat.
- Add a can of chopped toms (or some fresh one's depending on the time of year).
- Cook for a bit then add a tin of chickpeas (drained first) and return the chorizo to the pan to warm through
