Chickpea and chorizo stew

  • Some chorizo
  • 1 tin toms
  • 1 tin chickpeas
  • 1 medium onion
Method/steps
  1. Gently fry some cubed chorizo until browned and the fat is released.
  2. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon.
  3. Fry a chopped onion in the fat.
  4. Add a can of chopped toms (or some fresh one's depending on the time of year).
  5. Cook for a bit then add a tin of chickpeas (drained first) and return the chorizo to the pan to warm through
Additional Tips
Some soured cream is good with this.
