  • Chicken (2 full breasts)
  • Spices
Method/steps
  1. Start off by cutting your chicken into pieces; about 1" cubes are best
  2. For the red: marinade your chicken in a mix of red spices (chilie, paprika, etc) Add just a touch of oil to the spices, and a bit of lime juice.
  3. For the amber: Same as for the red, but use tumeric
  4. For the green: This time use green spices (cumin, corriander, etc)
  5. Stick them on a kebab in order and enjoy. The different flavours balance each other out, so if your red's too hot, have a cooling amber.
Additional Tips
An alternative for the amber is to use lemon juice with a bit of safron. Don't forrget that the acid in the lemon juice will start to cook the chicken so you can make them a little bigger.

the flavours work best if you leave the chicken in the marinade for at least 3-4 hours.
