- 3oz butter
- 1tbsp curry powder
- 1tbsp black mustard seeds
- 1 large celeriac cut into chunks
- s&p
Method/steps
- Heat butter in a small pan and add curry powder and mustard seeds and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and bubbling
- Peel and dice celeriac and tip into a roasting tray
- Pour over the the curried butter, season with salt and butter and toss together
- Roast for 40-50 mins at 190C shaking the tray every so often until the celeriac is golden and has taken on the colour of the curry powder
