Curried Roast Celeriac Chunks

  • 3oz butter
  • 1tbsp curry powder
  • 1tbsp black mustard seeds
  • 1 large celeriac cut into chunks
  • s&p
Method/steps
  1. Heat butter in a small pan and add curry powder and mustard seeds and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and bubbling
  2. Peel and dice celeriac and tip into a roasting tray
  3. Pour over the the curried butter, season with salt and butter and toss together
  4. Roast for 40-50 mins at 190C shaking the tray every so often until the celeriac is golden and has taken on the colour of the curry powder
