Citrus Chicken Cous Cous

  • 1 cup of cous cous
  • 2 cups of chicken stock (hot)
  • Zest and juice of half a lemon
  • Segments from one orange
  • pinches of cinnamon, saffron and ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper
Method/steps
  1. Mix all of the ingredients, and leave to rest until the cous cous has swollen (10-15 minutes). And serve.
