- 1 cup of cous cous
- 2 cups of chicken stock (hot)
- Zest and juice of half a lemon
- Segments from one orange
- pinches of cinnamon, saffron and ground cumin
- Salt and pepper
Method/steps
- Mix all of the ingredients, and leave to rest until the cous cous has swollen (10-15 minutes). And serve.
