A warmly spiced tea, commonly drunk in India and Pakistan

- 2 mugs water
- 1 tsp tea (or 1 teabag)
- 1 stick cinammon
- 3 or 4 cloves
- a few fennel seeds
- 1 black cardomom
- a couple of green cardomom
Method/steps
- Heat the water and spices in a pan till boiling
- add the tea, allow to boil for a further minute or so
- add milk to taste
- simmer until the taste/consistency is to your liking
- Some people simmer for up to 15 minutes.
