Description
A milky tea with added fennel seeds

2 mugs water
1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
1 teaspoon tealeaves (or 1 teabag)
Method/steps
place the water and fennel in a pan and heat till boiling
put in teabag
simmer for a minute or so
add milk remove from heat when it reaches a boil again
It's supposed to be quite milky.
Additional Tips
My mum uses it as a general purpose tonic, an acquired taste but some of my family love it.
