Crab is still fairly cheap and goes a long way.

All the meat from a crab including the brown meat.
A mildish chilli
3 cloves of garlic
Small glass of white wine
A bunch of coriander
S&P
Method/steps
Finely chop the chilli and garlic.
Sweat in olive oil until softened.
Add the crab meat and wine.
Simmer for a bit until you're happy with the consistency.
Add the chopped coriander.
Check seasoning.
Additional Tips
Serve with tagliatelle
