  • 2 handfuls of wild garlic leaves
  • Some olive oil
  • Some capers
Method/steps
  1. Whizz it all up in a liquidiser, adjusting quantities until you're happy with the consistency.
Additional Tips
Keeps for a while in the fridge if you cover the top with a layer of oil. Also good with a mix of mint and garlic leaves.
