- 1tbs fresh white breadcrumbs
- 150g shelled hazelnuts
- 1 clove garlic
- 50g grated pecorino
- salt
- 1 tbs chopped marjoram
- 6 tbs virgin olive oil
- 4 tbs strained Greek yoghurt
Method/steps
- Soak the breadcrumbs in water for 10 mins then squeeze them out.
- Grind everything except the oil and yoghurt to a fine texture.
- Add the oil slowly, while stirring.
- Finally stir in the yoghurt.
