Nut sauce for pasta

  • 1tbs fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 150g shelled hazelnuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50g grated pecorino
  • salt
  • 1 tbs chopped marjoram
  • 6 tbs virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbs strained Greek yoghurt
Method/steps
  1. Soak the breadcrumbs in water for 10 mins then squeeze them out.
  2. Grind everything except the oil and yoghurt to a fine texture.
  3. Add the oil slowly, while stirring.
  4. Finally stir in the yoghurt.
