1 litre alcool pour fruits/vodka
10 lemons
350g sugar
150ml water

Method/steps

Zest lemons.
Melt sugar and water together.
Put everything in a jar/bottle.
Shove in a cupboard for a month.
Shake the jar occasionally if you like.
Strain off zest and bottle.
Chill.
Drink.
