Vanilla ice cream

Description Vanilla ice cream with real eggs and cream.

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 egg
  • 1 300ml. tub double cream
  • 1/3 jar honey
  • 1 teaspoon REAL vanilla essence (not vanilla flavouring).
Method/steps
  1. Whizz all the ingredients together in a liquidiser.
  2. Pour into an ice cream maker.
  3. Allow to chill.
  4. Serve.
Additional Tips
If you don't have an ice cream maker, just put it into a container in the freezer. The texture won't be quite the same, but it will still be delicious.
