Chocolate Chilli Pork

  • 1.5 - 2lb Pork belly, cut into strips
  • 4 fresh red chillis
  • 2 tbl spoons clear honey, warmed
  • 2oz 70% cocoa chocolate, melted
Method/steps
  1. Pre heat oven to 200°C
  2. Season the pork with salt and pepper
  3. Lay on a rack in roasting tin and roast for 30-35 mins until golden brown
  4. In a liquidizer, blend the chillis and honey. Add the melted chocolate and process again until mixed.
  5. Remove pork from oven and drain.
  6. Brush meat generously with the glaze and return to oven for 10 mins.
  7. Serve on a bed of fresh veggies, stir fried with ginger.
