- 2 egg whites
- 4 ounces caster sugar
- 2 ounces plain flour sifted
- 3 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
Method/steps
- Line baking sheets with silicone paper or foil.
- Whisk whites until stiff.
- Fold in half sugar and whisk again, fold in remaining sugar, then flour and butter.
- Drop spoonfuls on to the baking sheets and bake 200°c gas 6 400°f for 2-4 mins until a light brown round the edges.
- Remove with a palette knife or fish slice an mould around greased cream horn tins. Slip off when cool.
