Description
Tahir's recipe. If you like Indian food then it makes an excellent green "salsa" (we call it chutney).

Mint.
Chilies (dried or green)
Ground coriander
Salt
And(optionally) whatever you have of any of the following:
coriander
garlic greens
spring onions
green tomatos
unripe apples
unripe plums
chives
Method/steps
Coursely chop up some mint.
Add your selection from the other ingredients
Add some chillis (dried or green).
Add ground coriander and salt.
Whizz up in a food processor to a smoothish paste/salsa (consistency will vary depending on ingredients).
Additional Tips
Good as an accompaniment either on it's own or mixed into some yoghurt, good marinade too.
