- 225g raspberries
- about 200ml of water
- 170g caster sugar
- 50g double cream
Method/steps
- Simply process the fruit with the water.
- Add 170g caster sugar
- Add 50g double cream
- I have an ice-cream maker which lives in the freezer. When needed, I take it out, pour in the mixture and leave (out of the freezer) for about 20 mins.
