- For the Crumble
- 4oz GF flour (used Dove's farm)
- 2oz Pure spread (the green one)
- 2oz demerara sugar
- and for the fruity bit
- 2 plums - chopped
- 2 dessert apples - chopped
- pinch of cinammon (make sure GFWF)
- smaller pinch of ginger (as above)
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar.
Method/steps
- Mix flour and Pure together to make fine crumbs.
- Throw in demerara sugar and mix well.
- Heat fruit, caster sugar and spices until soft and put into greased dish.
- Sprinkle crumble over fruit.
- Bake in oven that's around 180°C for about 20 minutes ish. (didn't time this bit exactly, it just "looked" done)
