Description
This was Mochyn's favourite bread recipe in 2005, wonder what her favourite is now...

- 3 cups strong white flour
- 1/2 cup strong wholemeal
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/cup mixed seeds (poppy, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, wheat...)
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tsps dried yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 350 ml warm water
Method/steps
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Knead until dough feels smooth and elastic.
- Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place to prove until doubled in size.
- Bake at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes until the bottom sounds hollow when tapped.
- Turn out and leave to cool.(Go on just try and leave it to cool before eating.)
