  • 3 cups strong white flour
  • 1/2 cup strong wholemeal
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/cup mixed seeds (poppy, sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, wheat...)
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 tsps dried yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 350 ml warm water
Method/steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Knead until dough feels smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place to prove until doubled in size.
  4. Bake at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes until the bottom sounds hollow when tapped.
  5. Turn out and leave to cool.(Go on just try and leave it to cool before eating.)
