Description
Grass fed Kerry Hill mutton is even tender enough to enjoy in a quick stir fry. This sharp, sweet marinade is perfect for those who shy away from spicy foods.

- For the marinade
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Wholegrain mustard
- Half a green pepper, chopped
- Handful of chopped green beans
- 200g Egg Noodles
- A dash of Worcester Sauce
- 400g Kerry Hill diced mutton, sliced into thin strips

Method/steps
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade and marinade the mutton for several hours or overnight.
- Place the noodles into a pan of boiling water, stir to avoid sticking & bring back to the boil. Turn off the heat and leave to stand for two minutes before draining and rinsing.
- Meanwhile, stir fry the peppers and green beans in a little oil for five minutes.
- Add the mutton and marinade to the wok and stir fry for a further five minutes.
- Add the noodles and reheat to serve.
