The illustrations, prints are fantastic. It covers all aspects of game cooking and more...got a moose in the freezer? This is the book for you... One of the great features is the nice little game calendar at the rear and an index of meat suppliers from all over the UK. Favourite recipe so far is venison chili page 116...and Texan (venison) hash page 102 (yes, I had some venison to use up) I think it is worth the £20 price tag, I imagine it will soon drop though..
