3. Could you tell us how you make a living?

Gove's plaything (previously known as science teacher) .

4. Could you tell us a little something about your home?

Four bedroomed terrace on the edge of town.

5. How did you find downsizer.net?

Other Half is partially responsible for it.

6. Has downsizer inspired a life change?

Not really -I was always a bleeding heart liberal, with a hint of hippy.

7. What is your main objective to maintain a sustainable life?

Little and often, and encouraging the next generation.

8. Does downsizer help you achieve this?

Yes - I get lots of ideas from DS which inspire my teaching.

9. Which parts of downsizer do you visit most often (not including forum)?

Recipes.

10. Which parts of the forum do you visit most often?

I use latest posts.

11. Do you feel there is room for improvement with you own downsizing, and if so how will you implement this?

Always room for improvement - I'll probably achieve improvement by being broke.

12. Has downsizer led to any new hobbies and/or skills?

Loads - I've learned to knit, to make rugs, to write computer speak with pointy brackets, to make sausages, make all my own soap, improved my foraging especially of fungi...the list goes on.

13. Have you attended any skill shares or gatherings? If so did you learn anything?

yes - I've attended all the main events and quite a lot of the smaller ones. And I've learned loads at everyone. Mostly what a nice bunch Dsers are.

14. Have you felt you have shared skills already known to yourself?

I've done a few foraging walks and led wine tasting!

15. Do you have any anecdotes of stories relating to downsizer you would like to share?

How much will I be paid not to?

16. How do you feel the site is most helpful/inspirational?

For me, help with new skills and the recipes.

17. Have you made any "real life" friends or colleagues via downsizer?

Definitely!
